Description

Despite the outcome of the EU referendum, large grants for researchers at all levels (Starting Grant, Consolidator Grant and Advanced Grant) are still accessible to Nottingham researchers and academics. Dr Alex Mullen from the Department of Classics and Dr Jeremy Taylor from the Department of History will summarise their research projects, funded under the ERC Starting and Consolidator Grants scheme. Dr Martin Pickard, Nottingham’s proposal preparation consultant will also talk about maximising your chances of winning one of these highly prestigious awards.

The event will include a question and answer session chaired by Matt Rackley, Research Development Executive; Europe.
